We’ll use what you have and ensure that every room shows its full potential to prospective buyers. Your listing will look picture perfect and will stand out from the competition online and in person.

You send us the photos in advance of the consultation for us to review. We’ll then review the photos with you via video conference and then walk you through your property room by room and offer suggestions for decor, lighting, window treatments, furniture layout, and paint & flooring recommendations. We’ll also give you our list of recommended amenities and shopping suggestions that will elevate your listing and ensure amazing guest reviews!
